The Magnolia Project presents a comprehensive body of work conceived and executed entirely by Rod, reflecting a disciplined eye for proportion, material integrity, and lasting value. The initial image set presents the completed transformation, with corresponding before images shown below for context.

The exterior view highlights upgrades that introduced immediate brightness and renewed presence through a thoughtful, cost-conscious design approach. Enhancements include the replacement of the front door and the refinement of the entryway through elevated paintwork and meticulously detailed exterior moldings.

Continuing through the gallery, a full kitchen renovation comes into view. This transformation encompassed complete replacement of walls, ceilings, flooring, appliances, and cabinetry, along with the installation of a structural beam and a comprehensive reconfiguration of the layout to improve flow, function, and architectural clarity.

The living room renovation followed, featuring the construction of a new wall and a substantial overhaul of the main staircase. Existing carpet was removed, original hardwood floors were restored and refinished, and all moldings were repainted to create a cohesive, elevated interior.

The final images document a nursery renovation, where carpet was replaced with hardwood flooring, new moldings were installed, and doors, walls, and ceilings were repainted to achieve a calm, polished finish appropriate for the space.
